Sorry this is a little belated...
For Independence day, and to celebrate Frederic's birthday, I made what can only be described as the best tacos to be found in Europe. Possibly the best tacos in the entire world. In fact, they were so good, that between our family and Dena's and the dogs-on-a-meatwagon approach to dinner when trying to keep two toddlers and two babies calm, I didn't even have time for pictures. But man, they were GOOD. And then angel food cake for dessert. Not the most traditional 4th of July meal, but yummy nonetheless.
