I've had a very easy pregnancy, knock on wood. I'm not the type to not take credit for my own good work, but this time, I'm afraid I probably had very little to do with it. I think luck and genetics played a huge role (thanks, mom!) Here's how I would personally break down my pregnancy success according to percentage relevance:
Luck: 50%
Genetics: 20%
Healthy Lifestyle BEFORE Pregnancy: 10%
Healthy Lifestyle DURING Pregnancy: 10%
Strong Support System 10%
So that's my theory for the day.
