2 Year "well baby" visit

Eliot had his 2 year pediatrician appointment today, so I was able to get the doc's opinion on his cough and other symptoms.

First off, his cough is not serious, not in his lungs, and should go away in a week or so, and the other symptoms should disappear any minute now.

Eliot weighs 11.7kg, which was a little low for his usual growth curve, but could be due to the fact that he's eaten almost nothing for a week. We are going back in 1-2 weeks for his vaccine shot (doc didn't want to give it to him while he was sick) and I might ask them to reweigh him at that visit to check. His height is 88cm, which makes for an approximate adult height of 5'8" or so. Not too shabby. considering the genes he has to work with...

Eliot was NOT a happy camper at the doctor's office, but still managed to show off his French/English skills and wave bye-bye when all was said and done.

In addition, our doctor agrees to make a house call for the baby's first check-up in the 24 hours following the birth.
