Eliot and I arrived safely after an "easy" flight- lots of extra seats on the plane, so we were both able to lay down and nap a little bit. Also, Eliot got to watch the Cars Pixar film about 10 times on the in-seat tv screens. We didn't even need to break out the play-dough.
Of our total flying time of 12 hours, Eliot slept for 3. Not much, but he was good-natured for the whole trip, so I won't complain.
So far, I've been out to Mexican food twice. Not bad for day 3 in CA...

SOrry to hear he didn't sleep more, but it sounds like a not too difficult flight overall. How long are you in California?
